Once the lead has booked a property, you need to change the stage of the lead to Booked. Once selected, a booking form pops-up as follows wherein all the details regarding the property and the lead need to be filled in which includes carpet area, saleable area :-

  • Booking Name – Name of the person for whom booking has to be made is entered in this field. You can also add secondary booking name.

  • Email Address – Email address of the Lead is entered in this field.

  • Phone Number – Phone number of the Lead is entered in this field

  • Project- Project of interest is entered in this field. It is mandatory field.

  • Unit Type- Unit Type is same as Property Type. But the difference is that you can select only one Unit Type. It is mandatory field.

  • Floor Number- Floor Number of the property is entered in this field.

  • Unit Number- It is the Flat/Building/Block Number. For Ex:- In the Address E-4/15, Chouhan Town, Pune; “E-4/15” is the Unit Number.

  • Building name- It is the name of the building which Lead wants to buy.

  • Parking number- It is the Parking Number assigned to the Lead in the building

  • Carpet area (sq.ft.)- It is the actual usable area which the Lead gets to use.

  • Saleable area (sq.ft.)- It is the total Floor Area which Lead has brought.

  • Address- It can be Office as well as Home Address.

  • Address & Street- First line of the lead’s address is entered in the address field & details of Street/Suburb/Town is entered in the next field.

  • City & State-City & State of the lead is entered in this field.

  • Country & Zip- Country & Zip of the lead is entered in this field.

  • Campaign - For a particular property, specific campaign is designed which includes Print Media, Websites, Channel Partner etc., the details of which is entered in this field.

  • Publisher- Details of Publisher of the Campaign is entered in this field.

  • Sub-campaign- Details of Sub Campaign from which Lead has shown interest in buying Property is entered in this field. For Ex:- Print Media Ad, Website etc.

  • Booking Date- Date of Booking of the property is entered in this field.

  • Other area preferences- Other Location Preferences are entered based on Lead’s interest for which he is interested in buying another property.

  • Pan no.- Pan Card details of the Lead is entered in this field. It is mandatory field.

  • Basic rate(per sq. ft.)- A face, quoted, any amount representing the rate or rent in amount per square foot per year.

  • Effective rate(per sq. ft.)- An amount after a base amount has been adjusted for concessions, allowances, and costs.

  • Offer- Final Offer made to the Lead for the Property he wants to buy.

  • Cost Details- These are the additional Cost details of the Offer been made. Remarks can also be added in each of the below mentioned fields -

    • Premium – Premium cost charged by builder/society is entered in this field.

    • Parking- Cost incurred in assigning the Parking area in the building is entered in this field.

    • Agreement- Cost incurred in preparing the agreement is entered in this field.

    • Stamp Duty- Stamp Duty is entered in this field.

    • Registration- Cost of Registration of Property is entered in this field.

    • Maintenance- Cost of Maintenance of Property is entered in this field.

    • Infrastructure- Infrastructure related cost is entered in this field.

    • Electrical- Cost of Electricity is entered in this field.
