The sales can view the leads under a particular stage by clicking on this icon and then clicking on All leads and then selecting the stage from the drop-down. Suppose that the sales have to view only qualified leads, then he can select Opportunity from the drop-down and perform the activities on the leads. Likewise, all the pipeline stages (pre-configured as well as custom stages) can be selected from the drop-down to view only those leads.
