In order to view all the calls (inbound and outbound) made/received and emails sent/received through the system , the user can click on this icon.

After clicking on this icon, calls and emails can be selected depending on what is to viewed.


Calls - This option will provide all information of inbound and outbound calls. Sell.Do keeps log of all telephonic calls with important information regarding the same.


There is a drop-down using which you can select inbound or outbound calls.

  1. Inbound – This section lists all the incoming calls that have been answered/not answered by the sales representative.
  2. Outbound - This section lists all the outgoing calls that have been answered/not answered by the sales representative.

Important details like duration of the calls, activity dates and also the recordings can be viewed.






The filter functionality allows you to search calls by lead id and duration. You can refer to the screenshot below.





Emails - This option works exactly same as Calls; the only difference being the sent and received emails can be viewed using the Inbox and Outbox drop-down as shown in the screenshot below. The filter can also be applied and only the emails based on selected duration or lead id can be viewed.
