We have divided the lead information in 4 sections i.e. Basic Profile, Requirement, Personal details and Activities.

Basic profile - This will include the basic details of the lead including his Name, email, phone number, campaign, source and sub-source.


  • Salutation and Name – It is mandatory to select salutation (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.) and enter first and last name of lead.

  • Email – It is mandatory to enter primary email address. You can select if the email is official or personal. Also, there is a provision of adding secondary email address by clicking Add Another option.

  • Phone Number – It is mandatory to enter primary phone number. Country code selection is available at the start of phone number field. You only need to add phone number of lead. You can select type of phone number if it is Work, Mobile, Home, Main, Home Fax, Office Fax or other. Also, there is provision of adding secondary phone number by clicking Add Another option.

  • If you are a pre-sales user, then with “Push the lead directly to sales” flag, you can directly push the lead to sales team for which you need to select team and sales representative.

  • Team and Sales Representative – You can select a team to which the lead and sales representative to which lead should be assigned.

  • Lead Source and Sub-source for respective source – You can select source from which the lead has shown interest. There are different types of sources listed like different campaigns of company, channel partner or walk-in. By default, the lead is considered as a walk-in lead.

  • Address – You can enter following address details for the lead.

    • Address and Street –

    • City and State –

    • Country –

    • Zip - 

  • Project of interest - Projects in which the lead has shown interest can be added for the lead. Also, multiple projects can be included.

Requirement - 

  • Location Preferences – You can also add location preferences as per requirements of the lead.

  • Budget Min and Max – Minimum and maximum budget requirements as specified by the lead.

  • Possession Min and Max – Possession duration, if specified by the lead.

  • Property Type – You can select property type from the list, if lead requires a particular type of property. E.g. - Studio, Villa, Bungalow, Penthouse, Plot, Shop, Office etc.

Personal details - 

  • Personal Details – You can also add optional personal information like
    • Age & Birthday- Age & Birthday of the Lead can be entered in this field.

  • Anniversary - Lead can either be Single or Married so you can select one from the two available options likewise, if Married, then Lead’s anniversary date can be entered.

  • Address - Home as well as Office Address of the Lead can be entered in this field.

  • URL - URL of the Lead’s Social Networking Website can be entered in this field for more information. First select the type of the Website viz. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn then enter the URL of particular Website.

  • Education - Education Qualification details of the lead can be entered in this field.

  • Title & Company - Title, Designation & Company name of the lead can be entered in this field.

  • Income - Personal as well as Family Income of the lead can be entered in this field.

  • Bank & Loans - The loan details of the lead can be entered in this field.

Activities -

Follow-ups and site visits can be scheduled for the lead directly while adding the lead from this page. You just need to select the date and time for which you also get the notifications for the same.
