The basic configurations needed for the sell.do account are mentioned under this section.

  • Marketing Email Configuration

    • Providing an email address will allow you to receive the marketing reports on this email address.

  • Lock Stages

    • Enabling this will restrict users to change lead stage in hierarchical flow only. If it is disabled then users can change lead stages in any way.

    • For Ex : If current lead stage is Prospect and flag is enabled, then user will be allowed to change stage with “opportunity and unqualified” whereas if flag is disabled for same condition then user will be allowed to change stage with all other stages i.e “incoming, opportunity, unqualified, booked and lost”.

  • Configure sales form : Use detailed lead form for sales  

    • Enabling this will allow you to use detailed lead form (same as pre sales) for sales.

  • Call summary popup : Enable call summary popup after call is answered.

    •    Enabling this will allow users to view call summary popup at the end of answered call, where he can add summary for the lead.

  • Hide inactive users - Hide inactive users from users list

    • Enabling this will not show the inactive users in user's list in User module.

  • Custom sales user interface - Enable custom sales ui

    • If you have any custom sales user interface, then enabling this will activate that UI.

  •  Verification - Enable phone number verification

    • Enabling this will ask your customer for phone number verification in your website wherever you are using phone number field in form. For verification, it will sent verification code to the number in order to verify the number. Customer need to enter the verification code in form to submit the form.

  • Daily campaign report - enable daily campaign report
    • These will allow you to enable/disable daily campaign reports
  • Weekly campaign report - enable weekly campaign report
    • These will allow you to enable/disable weekly campaign reports

  • Lead Details on Export - show lead details on data export

    • Enabling this will allow the managers to view lead phone and email with other details on data export.

    • Disabling this will not show phone and email of leads to managers.

  • Select call attempts to unqualified lead  -

    • Lead will be marked as unqualified automatically after the configured number of call attempts.

  • Team based access to leads - Allow team based access to leads. 

    • Enabling this will allow team to access leads for any user their team.

  • Search Access

    • For restricted access, sales can only search & access leads for which they have primary/secondary ownership or leads within their team.

      • Restrict Access to – Restricting access for pre-sales to only Primary ownership means pre-sales users can only search leads for which they are primary owners. Allowing Primary and Secondary ownership means pre-sales user can directly search leads for which they are primary owners and leads for which they are secondary owners. Similarly you can restrict access to Sales user also. 

  • Enable Sync Data (This change cannot be reverted.)
    • Enabling this will automatically synchronize data to client's portal.
  • Enable Channel Partner
    • Enabling this will allow admin to add channel partner.
  • Enable Channel Partner for Sales
    • This will allow sales executive to add channel partner.
  • Pickup configuration for site visit -Allow pickup for site visit
    • Enabling this will allow user to select pickup while scheduling a site-visit.
    • You can enter pickup locations in the text-box, which will give pickup location option to user while scheduling site-visit.
  • Enabling following configurations will make the respective fields as required in booking form.
