This section indicates all configurations related to pre-sales module of selldo. Administrator has view only access to this configuration which implies that he/she can not change these configurations. To change these, you need to contact sell.do team.
Below are the pres-sales configurations

  • Enable pre sales module

    • Enabling this will allow your sales to move leads from presales to sales. You can either allow an automated routing or allow your pre-sales team to choose a sales person.
      Even if this module is not enabled, you can still run a pre sales team and allow them to re-assign the customers (presales and sales tagging on customers is disabled).

  • Enable auto forwarding

    • Enabling this will add a "Push to sales" button on the pre-sales UI. They cannot choose the sales person, but just move the lead to sales. This will help avoiding bias towards a particular sales. When moving into sales, the routing is done based on the customer's chosen project.

  • Default sales stage

    • This will allow you to set selected stage as stage of lead after pushed to sales.
      If it is not selected then same stage will carry forward if it is default stage else lead stage will become prospect.

  • Enable pull to sales functionality

    • Enabling this will allow your sales to pull leads from presales to sales.

  • Call center management

    • While enabling call center management, make sure Working hours are correctly set. Call-center reports are highly dependent on these.

  • Enable Call-Center Management

    • Enabling this will set the call management according to availability of users. While enabling call center management, make sure Working hours are correctly set. Call-center reports are highly dependent on these.

    • Disposition timeout (in seconds) – It is the time gap after an successful call in which user can provide call-summary or any other details. In this time, no call will be routed to user.

  • Call center presence management - Enable Presence Management for call-center

    • Enabling this, system will track if user is logged into sell.do then only he will get calls and leads else he will be considered as unavailable.

    • Disabling it will forward the calls to users even if they are not logged-in into sell.do system.

  • Sales to pre sales - Enable Reassignment of leads from sales to pre-sales .

    • Enabling this will allow reassignment of leads from sales and pre-sales team.

  • Sps reassign allow sales - Allow sales person to reassign leads to pre-sales.

    • Enabling this will allow sales person to reassign leads to pre-sales users.
