• Click Add option on the left panel to add new floor plan.

  • You will be navigated to Add Floor Plan Page wherein you are allowed to add following information

    • Developer Name : You need to first select developer name from list.

    • Project Name : Then you need to select project from the list.

    • Project Tower : Now you need to select project tower from the list for which the floor plan to be added.

    • Floor Plan Name : You can add the floor plan name in this field.

    • Details

      • Bedrooms : No. of bedrooms in the floor plan

      • Bathrooms : No. of bathrooms in the floor plan

      • Category : You can select category from list or add a category.

      • Type : You can select the type of property from list or add a custom type.

    • Areas : You can add area details as following. If auto-calculation setting is ON, then Carpet area and saleable area auto-calculation is ON depending on loading percentage mentioned.

      • Carpet

      • Saleable

      • Loading

      • Covered/Usable Area

      • Terrance Area

    • Costing : You can add consisting details for the floor plan as follows.

      • Base Rate

      • Base Price
