The configurations includes

  • Basic

    • Enabled – Enabling this will activate the Inventory module for the sell.do account of company.

    • Auto Calculate Carpet and Saleble Area : Enabling this flag, will allow auto-calculation of carpet and saleable area depending on loading percentage.

    • Enabled IPC (Independent Property Consultant ) - Enabling this flag will allow inventory module to work for the consulting company i.e it will enable the developer module which will allow you to manage multiple developers inventory. This change can not be reverted once it is setup.

    • Can Manage Units – Enabling this flag, will allow to manage units. This change can not be reverted once it is setup.

  • Projects -

    • This configuration for project allows you to add values for the different fields in the project form of inventory as per your requirements. The fields are as follows

      • Project Stage

      • Project Type

      • Project Transaction Type

      • Project Status

      • Approved Banks

      • Suitable For – Type of uses

      • Parking

      • Security

      • Project Association Type

      • Inventory Image Type

      • Approval

      • Elevators

      You can add different specifications and it's values respectively. Also you can add different amenities options. But once added the change can not be reverted.

  • Project Towers

    You can add multiple values for the following fields in the project tower form

    • Project Tower Approval

    • Project Tower Status

  • Floor Plans
    Similar to other forms, you can also add values for different fields in floor plan form

    • Unit Const costs

    • Unit Configuration Type

    • Unit Sub Type

    • Unit Category

    • Unit Configuration Bedrooms

    • Unit Configuration Bathrooms

  • Units

    You can add values for different fields in unit form as well

    • Unit Seller Type

    • Unit Facing

    • Project Unit Costs

    • Reasons to mark unit available

If the unit is marked as unavailable then you enable following flags to get more information

  • Show lead details

  • Show sales details

Timeouts

  • Hold Timeouts : You can set timeouts for the hold state, so that if a unit is marked on hold for a lead, if in the given timeout, it doesn't get booked, then it again made available instead of keeping in Hold State.

  • Resale Units

    If you are resaling some units, then you can use following configurations

  • Hide project in filter for resale unit : Enabling this flag, will hide the project filter for resale units page.

  • Hide project tower for resale unit : Enabling this flag, will hide the project tower for resale unit page.

  • Hide address1 for resale unit : Enabling this flag, will hide the address field for resale unit module.
