Generally leads will be auto-generated in Sell.Do when lead inquires from any form of promotion. But there can be leads which contact sales representatives in-person by visiting project site, these are walk-in leads. For such walk-in leads there is need to add lead in Sell.Do for further communication and lead processing. For this purpose, explicitly Add Lead option has been provided.

  • The "+" option provided for easy access from many screens. It used to add lead.

  • Click Add Lead option which will navigate application to Add lead form.



 




 It is responsibility of user to input all the important details of lead in system.

You need to enter following details for lead.

  • Basic Details

    • Salutation and Name – It is mandatory to select salutation (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr.) and enter first and last name of lead.

    • Email – It is mandatory to enter primary email address. You can select if the email is official or personal. Also there is provision of adding secondary email address by clicking Add Another option.

    • Phone Number – It is mandatory to enter primary phone number. Country code selection is available at the start of phone number field. You only need to add phone number of lead. You can select type of phone number if it is Work, Mobile, Home, Main, Home Fax, Office Fax or other. Also there is provision of adding secondary phone number by clicking Add Another option.

    • If you are a pre-sales user, then with “Push the lead directly to sales” flag, you can directly push the lead to sales team for which you need to select team and sales representative.

    • Team and Sales Representative – You can select a team to which the lead need to be assigned and sales representative to which lead should be assigned.

    • Lead Source and Publisher for respective Source – You can select source from which lead shown interest. There can be different type of sources listed like different campaigns of company, channel partner (that is lead through brokers) or walk-in. By default the lead in considered as walk-in lead. You can also select publisher for the lead from which lead got information about company.

    • Schedule and Conduct Site-visit for project – If the lead is walk-in which generally means customer himself came on-site, so the site-visit can be added for the project.

    • Lead Stage – According to lead response, lead stage can be updated here.

    • Schedule Site-visit - You can schedule site-visit of any project for the lead.

    • Schedule Follow-up – Also you can schedule followup call for the lead.

    • Any other custom fields – If you company has added any other custom fields, then you can select or enter values for respective fields.

    • Notes – You can also add notes for the lead.



     


  • Property Details

    • Purpose – You can select the purpose if lead is interested in property for investment or for end use.

    • NRI Customer – You can mark the lead as NRI, if the lead is NRI.

    • Project of Interest – You can select project here, if lead is interested in any particular project.

    • Budget Min and Max – Minimum and maximum budget requirements of specified by lead.

    • Possession Min and Max – Possession duration if specified by lead.

    • Property Type – You can select property type from the list, if lead requires a particular type of property. For Ex. - Studio, Villa, Bungalow, Penthouse, Plot,Shop, Office etc.

    • Bedroom Preferences – You can select BHK requirements from provided options.

  • Personal Details – You can also add optional personal information like

    • Age & Birthday- Age & Birthday of the Lead can be entered in this field.

    • Anniversary- Lead can either be Single or Married so select one from this two available options, if Married then Lead’s anniversary date can be entered.

    • Address- Address of the Lead can be entered in these fields with following details

    • Address

    • Street/Suburb/Town

    • City

    • State

    • Country & Zipcode
