There are default lists which categorize leads on the different basis for ease of access and understanding. Following figure shows the lead list and are explained below in detail



  1. NRI Leads
    It shows the leads which are marked as NRI customer.

  • Click NRI Leads link, to view the list of those leads.

    1. Hot Leads 
      It shows the opportunity leads which have high probability of getting converted into Booked.

  • Click Hot Leads link, to view the list of those leads.

    1. Warm Leads 
      It shows the opportunity leads which have less probability of getting converted into Booked if compared to Hot Leads.

  • Click Warm Leads , to view the list of those leads.

    1. All Leads 
      It shows all leads of sales representative irrespective of criterion.

  • Click All Leads , to view the list of those leads.

    1. Recently Contacted Leads
      It shows the recently contacted leads.

  • Click Recently Contacted Leads , to view the list of those leads.

    1. Site Visits ( Conducted)
      It shows the leads for which site visit has been conducted.

  • Click Site Visits (Conducted) , to view the list of those leads.

    1. Unscheduled Leads
      It shows the leads for which site-visits or follow-ups are not scheduled in future.

  • Click Unscheduled Leads , to view the list of those leads.

    1. Reassigned to me
      It shows the leads which are reassigned to the logged-in sales representative.

  • Click Reassigned to me, to view the list of those leads.

    1. Existing Leads Missed Calls
      It shows all existing leads from which sales representative missed a call.

  • Click Existing Leads Missed Calls , to view the list of those leads.

    1. New Leads Missed Calls
      It shows all new leads from which sales representative missed a call.

  • Click New Leads Missed Calls , to view the list of those leads.

    1. From Pre-sales 
      It shows all leads which have been pushed by pre-sales and pulled by sales from pre-sales.

  • Click From Pre-sales , to view the list of those leads.

    1. Yesterday-Missed Follow-ups 
      It shows all leads for which scheduled follow-up on the previous day were missed.

  • Click Yesterday-Missed Follow-ups , to view the list of those leads.
