Lead listing displays following details of each lead record

  • Lead Number/Lead ID – Unique number auto-generated for lead.lead.

  • Lead Name – Name of the customer.

  • Requirements – Requirements description if available.

  • Last Contacted Date: Date when the last communication has been established between sales and lead.

  • Current stage: Lead stage.


Search functionality can be used to search lead based on lead id.

Actions

  • Click on record to view the lead details screen

  • Swipe left to view the multiple action buttons as follows

    • Edit – Clicking on this option, edit lead screen will be displayed.

    • Call – Clicking on this option, the call will be initiated from sell.do to lead. This option will be disabled if lead details don't contain a phone number.

    • Email – Clicking on this option, you can compose an email for sending it to lead.

    • Follow-up – Clicking this option, you can schedule followup for this lead.

    • Site-visit – Clicking this option, you can schedule site-visit for this lead.


  • Add Filter – You can filter the lead list depending upon

    • Project – You can filter the list by multiple projects.

    • Campaign – You can filter the list by multiple campaigns.

    • Pipeline Stage - You can filter the list by multiple stages in the pipeline.

  • Date Range – You can filter the list by date range for the lead creation date.
