Re-engaged leads tend to be more active /hot leads which generally have high possibility of converting into bookings. Customer enquiring from multiple campaigns/sources would be marked as re-engaged leads. Due to higher possibility of conversion rate, these leads must have given importance in sales process. To achieve this, sell.do implements new patch on dashboard of sales for re-engaged leads, which won't be missed. 


Following screenshot indicates "Re-engaged leads count" on dashboard as well as "Re-engaged Leads" list under Lead List. Sales users can use these links in order to view en-engaged lead list and take appropriate action.
