Re-engaged leads tend to be more active /hot leads which generally have high possibility of converting into bookings. Customer enquiring from multiple campaigns/sources would be marked as re-engaged leads. Due to higher possibility of conversion rate, these leads must have given importance in sales process. To achieve this, implements new patch on dashboard of sales for re-engaged leads, which won't be missed. 

Following screenshot indicates "Re-engaged leads count" on dashboard as well as "Re-engaged Leads" list under Lead List. Sales users can use these links in order to view en-engaged lead list and take appropriate action.
