Sell.Do helps you track your sales user location once GPS tracking is enabled in the users' mobile app. Contact your Account Manager or get in touch with our support team to enable this feature.


Once GPS tracking is enabled, a new default report will be enabled to the admin where he can check the exact current or past location of the user. Admin can also view user location history and understand where the sales user traveled in the day.


After GPS feature is enabled, 

  • Sales users should install Sell.do App
  • Device Location should be enabled by the user


We can also force enable user location if required. When this is enabled, sales user will not be able to open Sell.Do mobile app if location is disabled.


To View Reports, go to Default Reports > User Tracking Details, you will see user location in google maps as below :
