Permission: Call Logs, Phone Contacts, Microhpne, Phone, Music & Audio (Android 13 & above) and Storage (Below Android 13), Notification, DisplayOver Other Apps, Battery Optimization, Call Recording Path( if device supports Call Recording)

Device: Android device v8.0 & above 

  

Call Recording: The call recording that are exposed by the mobile phone will only be synced in the App/CRM (For Example: Samsung, Xiaomi)     

  

Login With Support Manager and From Features Enable "Enable Offline Dialer" Flag. Save it. 


Steps: 

  1. Open your Android device and open Google Play Store and search Sell.do Dialer  or open this link ->  https://play.google.com/store/search?q=sell+do+dialer&c=apps&hl=en or scan below QR code to download the SellDo dialer application.


  2. Install the 'SellDo Dialer' application.

  3. Launch the app after installation

  4. Please click 'cancel' when you see the below pop up or if you wish you can Set the application as default phone app for calling.

  1. Allow permissions when prompted e.g. for reading the call logs, making and receiving calls and reading files access and so on.

  2. Sign in to your SellDo account

    1. Tap on the 'Sign-in' button on the below pop up

    2. Enter your SellDo CRM account credentials and sign in

    3. Or you may sign in later after clicking the settings icon later.

                                      






  3. Allow the app to run in background and set no restrictions from the battery saver settings for flawless call logging even in the background.

  4. View the SellDo Lead Name in a pop up when there is an ongoing call to get more context on the Lead.

    1. Enable 'Display over other apps' or 'Show on top' permission for SellDo dialer to view the pop up
                                           

    2. Click 'View Lead' to view the Lead in SellDo core application.

    3. Click 'Add Lead' to create a Lead in SellDo when there is no existing Lead exists in SellDo with the number.

      Please Note: in some of the devices you might need to enable additional permissions in order to view the pop up such as 

      1. Display pop up window

        1. Go to app info -> Other permissions

        2. Turn on the below permissions               

      2. Background auto start: 

        1. Go to your device settings -> Apps -> Permissions -> Background autostart

        2. Enable this permission for SellDo dialer app
                           

  5. View the sync status of call logs: 

    1. Click on the 'Call history'

    2. View the sync status with date and time
                                     


10. Set call recording path: SellDo dialer can also fetch call recording from your device (this feature works best on Samsung and Xiaomi devices other devices may face issues for this feature).

  1. Open the SellDo dialer application.

  2. Tap 'Settings'

  3. Tap on the 'set recording path'

  4. Choose the folder of your phone where the recordings are stored (this works only on the devices which have in built recording feature)

               

  5. Tap 'Select' to choose the folder.

  6. After selecting the folder, SellDo caller will start fetching call recording after each call you make,ke and it will sync the call logs with recording to SellDo for the calls made to any Lead of SellDo.
