  1. Primary Sales Ids : User which is primary owner of lead. Multi-selection is allowed.

  2. Secondary Sales Ids : User which is secondary owner of lead. Multi-selection is allowed.


  • By Lead Attributes
  1. Currently in (Sales/Presales Phase) –

  2. Only if the pre-sales phase is active and there is at least one user in it. Using this criterion you can determine the leads in sales and pre-sales phase.

  3. Stage and sub-stage –

  4. You can filter the leads with stages viz. Incoming, Prospect, Unqualified, Lost, Booked , opportunity. If you have added any customized stage for your Sell.Do account then you can apply it also. For a stage there might be sub-stages added, like for opportunity there are 2 sub-stages Hot and Warm. You can apply the filter of sub-stages also.

  5. Last Incoming Calls Status (Answered/ Not answered/ Canceled) -

  6. Depending upon the last incoming call status, you can filter the list.

  7. Last Follow-up Status (Pending/ Scheduled/ Conducted) - Filtering with last-followup status can actually give you which leads are pending for followup and which are scheduled and conducted as well.

  8. Site Visit Status (Scheduled /Conducted/ Missed/ Customer not interested) -

  9. Depending upon site-visits status also you can filter the list, which can help you to determine the result of leads in site-visits.

  10. Lead received on (Duration from date – to date) -

  11. Filtering leads in a certain period is also possible by using this criteria.

  12. Depending on following count of calls – greater than or Less than

  • Incoming

  • Outgoing

  • Answered

  • Not – answered

  • Incoming-answered

  • Incoming-not answered

  • Outgoing-answered

  • Outgoing-not answered
    You can filter out leads depending on particular count factor.

    1. Last Price Quote Status (Delivered, Read, Responded)

    2. Leads for which price quotes have been sent, can be filtered depending on the status.

    3. Last Brochure Status( Delivered, Read, Responded)

    4. Depending upon the brochure status also leads can be filtered.

  • Lead Type 1(Any/Old/New)

  • You can make lists of old leads or new leads or any.

  • Lead Type 2 (Any/Untouched)

  • You can also figure out which leads are untouched yet with this criterion.

  • Lead Type 3 (Any/with unread emails from customers)

  • You can determine the list of leads for which email are unread at customer end.

  • Lead Type 4 (Any/NRI)

  • The NRI leads can differentiated with this filter.

  • Lead Type 5(Any/No scheduled activity in future)

  • You can filter out the leads which have no future activity scheduled.


  • By Lead Custom Attributes –

If any custom fields have been added in lead form by company, then filter for those can be applied here.


  • By Last Communication

  1. Last Called (Specify time duration)- You can filter leads for which last communication established in specified duration.

  2. Last Attempted Call (Specify time duration)- You can filter leads for which last call attempt by sales user in specified duration.

  3. Last Customer Called(Specify time duration) - You can filter the leads for which customer called in specified duration.


  • By Campaigns

  1. Campaign – You can filter leads which are responded or generated through particular campaigns.

  2. Source – You can filter leads which are responded or generated through specific sources.

  3. Medium – Also you can filter the leads which are responded or generated through specific media.


  • By Projects

  1. Project - You can filter the leads by projects.

  2. Price Quote Status( Delivered, Read, Responded) - Depending on the price quote status, you can the filter the leads.

  3. Brochure Status ( Delivered, Read, Responded) – Depending on the brochure status, you can filter the leads.

  4. Site Visit Status (Scheduled /Conducted/ Missed/ Customer not interested) – Depending on the site-visit status, you can filter the leads.


  • Scheduled Activity -

  1. Activity

You can select one of the following activity to filter out the leads.

  • Next scheduled activity

  • Next scheduled followup

  • Next scheduled site visit

  • Last received on

  • Last contacted at

  • Most recent missed call

  • Last unsuccessful contacted by sales

  • Last contacted by customer

    1. Activity Duration –

You can filter the list with above selected activity with one of the following duration.

  • Till Date – Ascending

  • Till Date – Descending

  • All– Ascending

  • All – Descending

  • Only Future– Ascending

  • Only Future – Descending


  • If you want to reassign the filtered list, then enable “I want to reassign the leads to different sales” flag and then select the other sales user.
  • If you want to show the filtered list as a default to all users (sales, pre-sales), then enable “Make this list default” flag.


  • Click the Save option to save the details.
