You can edit your company profile details as follows

  • Company Profile Details

    • Business Name

    • Short Name

    • Email Domain

    • Timezone

    • Kokoo IVR : This is the virtual number which will used for all local (in same country) outgoing calls. Even if different virtual numbers are used in campaign tracking, outgoing calls will be made using only this IVR.

      While selecting kokoo IVR, please ensure if the number is already been used for any ongoing campaign, as if this kind of number is used for kokoo IVR, it will remove all the previous tagging for campaign and use that number solely for outgoing calls.

    • Twillio IVR
      Similar to kokoo IVR, this number is also used to make outgoing calls, but only for international outgoing calls.

    • Default Pre-sales

      The default pre-sales person will be treated as final fallback, if no other pre-sales user found in pre-sales team.

    • Default Sales

      The default pre-sales person will be treated as final fallback, if no other pre-sales user found in pre-sales team.

    • Image
      You can upload logo image of company here.

    • Default Number

      This virtual number is by default used to render on your websites where enquiry forms are integrated. If any campaign specific SRDs are used then those number override the default number.

    • Custom Reporting Email
      When custom reports are requested by company, reports will be send to this reporting email address. You cannot configure this reporting email. Contact selldo team for custom reports and updating custom reporting emails.

    • Billing Email
      Billing Email address will get billing reminders and notification emails on timely basis. Contact selldo team to add your financial manger/company head email address in-order to keep them notified about the billing.

    • Billing Number

      Billing phone numbers will get billing reminders and notification SMS on timely basis. Contact selldo team to add your financial manger/company head phone number in-order to keep them notified about the billing.
